Job Overview

We are looking for a Presentation / Multimedia Specialist with 2 to 7 years of experience to join immediately. This role requires full-time office presence with occasional work-from-home days as exceptions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visually compelling documentation for proposals, case studies, and marketing materials.
• Analyze and transform data into clear, engaging infographic formats for better communication.
• Develop, customize, and reutilize symbols, illustrations, and templates for presentations, slides, banners, invitations, blogs, and websites.
• Create impactful presentation templates emphasizing graphics over text while aligning with brand guidelines.
• Design banners for various events such as expos.
• Manage marketing collaterals with version control and organize data for easy retrieval and reuse.
• Collaborate across departments to collect necessary data and independently initiate projects.
• Construct storyline-based presentations, including corporate and process videos.
• Produce conceptual sketches or black & white wireframes to support technical literature.
• Maintain proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, Photoshop, and GIMP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Business Administration, Visual Communication, or related fields.
• Experience with corporate technical documentation and desktop publishing, preferably involving engineering subjects.
• Strong expertise in presentation and graphic design software.

Work Conditions

This is an on-site role based in Chennai with allowance for one or two remote workdays per month upon request.
