About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and outcome-oriented Portfolio Manager to oversee and expand a collection of both residential and commercial properties. You will act as the primary liaison for property owners and clients, focusing on enhancing portfolio results, ensuring high occupancy rates, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding property management services.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
- Act as the main contact point for property owners and essential clients.
- Build and sustain strong client relationships to guarantee satisfaction and retention.
- Track portfolio performance metrics including occupancy, contract renewals, and revenue goals.
- Work closely with Leasing, Property Management, Maintenance, Finance, and Legal departments for smooth operations.
- Produce detailed performance reports and offer actionable recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, RERA guidelines, and relevant UAE legislation.
- Spot opportunities for portfolio expansion and operational improvements.
- Address client issues and escalations promptly and professionally.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or related disciplines.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience managing property portfolios or handling real estate accounts within the UAE market.
- Sound knowledge of UAE real estate sector and property management standards.
- Excellent skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship building.
- Capability to handle various properties and stakeholders concurrently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or Property Management software systems.
- Holding a UAE driving license is a plus.
