Plant Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee and manage our production facility in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The candidate will be responsible for supervising plant operations, ensuring safety and compliance standards, optimizing resource utilization, and leading the team to achieve production goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of plant operations including budgeting, production scheduling, and stock control.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment to meet health and safety regulations.
• Analyze production costs and inventory levels to identify areas for operational improvement.
• Enforce adherence to workplace policies and regulations consistently.
• Review manufacturing processes and develop plans to maximize efficient use of resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in plant management and manufacturing operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and supervisory capabilities.
