Key Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive, integrated plans that consider logistical, site-specific, and project-related limitations.
• Collaborate with project teams to facilitate weekly progress updates and clarify contractual duties.
• Analyze productivity and progress metrics to assess performance and guide decision-making processes.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, project teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Incorporate sustainable design, procurement methods, and carbon footprint reduction principles into programme planning.
• Embed health and safety standards throughout all programming activities.
• Set up and manage work schedules, deadlines, and coordinated teamwork efforts.
• Work collectively to achieve net zero carbon targets and actively identify and manage carbon emissions and reductions throughout project delivery.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a degree or equivalent experience in construction, programme, project, or commercial management.
• Progressing towards chartered professional status with a recognized institution.
• Advanced knowledge and hands-on use of schedule management software and tools.
• Prior work experience within the United Arab Emirates, mandatory for client approval.
