Phlebotomist

Role Overview

This position involves collecting blood samples directly from patients at their residences while adhering strictly to labeling and handling protocols to ensure sample integrity. The phlebotomist will also uphold hygiene and safety standards during collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform blood sample collection from patients at their homes.
• Ensure accurate labeling and proper handling of all samples collected.
• Maintain compliance with hygiene and safety guidelines.
• Arrange appointments by collaborating with the operations team.
• Deliver courteous and professional interactions with patients.

Candidate Eligibility

• Preferably hold DMLT, MLT, or phlebotomy certification.
• Open to both fresh graduates and experienced individuals.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Having a two-wheeler and valid driving license is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from ₹16,000 to ₹25,000.
