Role overview
ClearDefense Pest Control is looking to add a Pest Control Service Specialist in Little Rock, AR. The company was founded in 2013 with the goal of delivering pest control in a more effective way using advanced equipment and eco-friendly methods. Since then, it has expanded quickly and now operates in more than 20 markets, creating room for career growth.
The position is open to candidates who may not have prior experience, as paid training is provided.
Compensation and joining bonus
The pay for this role is $18 to $24 per hour, with additional earning potential. A $500 new-hire bonus is available for employees who begin this month.
Role summary
This position focuses on using integrated pest management methods to prevent and manage pest activity while delivering strong customer service. The specialist will also coordinate closely with the sales team to complete treatments on time and help generate new business.
Work schedule
This is a 40-hour-per-week role with work scheduled Monday through Saturday.
