Personal Secretary to Managing Director

Job Location

The position is based at Lalbagh Road, Bengaluru.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between the Managing Director and various internal teams.
• Handle all incoming phone calls and emails, ensuring important communications are forwarded to the Managing Director promptly.
• Manage data entry tasks, update and maintain databases, keep accurate records, and draft necessary correspondence.
• Oversee diary and calendar management for the Managing Director.
• Arrange and schedule meetings and appointments efficiently.
• Coordinate business travel logistics including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, vehicle rentals, and valet parking services.
• Keep detailed logs of the Managing Director’s travels and appointments.
• Review and reconcile monthly expenses related to the Managing Director.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a bachelor's degree in any field.
• Have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Exhibit strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
• Maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
• Demonstrate excellent relationship management abilities.
• Show proficiency in MS Office applications with strong computer literacy, speed, and accuracy.
• Display a confident and strong personality.
• Have keen attention to detail.
