Job Overview

We are seeking a Performance Specialist to enhance organizational and departmental effectiveness by developing, tracking, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs). This role focuses on measuring performance to support strategic goals and improve overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage KPI Cards to track essential organizational metrics.
• Regularly monitor and update KPI information following established measurement cycles.
• Gather, clean, and verify data from diverse sources to ensure accuracy.
• Analyze datasets to uncover patterns, correlations, and emerging trends.
• Utilize statistical techniques and methodologies to derive meaningful insights.
• Build predictive models aiding strategic decision-making processes.
• Design reports and interactive dashboards to convey analytical outcomes effectively.
• Communicate complex data findings clearly to stakeholders in an understandable manner.
• Work collaboratively with different teams to understand and fulfill their data needs.
• Offer data-driven recommendations to improve business results.
• Oversee data integrity and initiate enhancements as required.

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline.
• Proficient in data analysis programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
• Experienced in data visualization software like Tableau, Power BI, or advanced Excel.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis methods and machine learning approaches.
