About the Role

This position entails delivering outstanding customer service and supporting sales floor operations to ensure each shopper has a positive experience, fostering customer loyalty. As a Customer Experience associate, you will engage with every customer, providing a welcoming presence that represents the core values of Walmart.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a friendly and approachable greeter for customers entering the store.
• Support sales floor activities alongside other team members including cashiers, self-checkout attendants, stockpersons, customer service managers, and salesfloor associates.

Qualifications

• Maintain a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Basic mathematical capabilities required for daily tasks.
• Willingness to assist in resolving customer and operational issues.
• Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
