Opportunity Overview
This role offers a unique chance to establish and expand a contemporary People Analytics function within a dynamic technology-driven company based in Germany. The role focuses on transforming employee-related data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions and enhance employee experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit current People Analytics dashboards, reporting methodologies, metrics, and data origins to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
- Build and sustain the People Analytics function by setting workforce metrics, standardizing calculations, framing reporting protocols, and developing analytical methods.
- Maintain high data integrity, ensure precise calculations, and guarantee timely updates of all dashboards and reports.
- Generate analytical insights, forecasting, and provide recommendations to empower leadership decisions.
- Spot and apply AI-based use cases for workforce analysis including risk assessments, anomaly detection, and process improvements.
- Manage and prioritize analytics project backlogs by collecting business needs and converting them into practical analytical solutions.
- Partner with data experts to establish technical specs, verify solutions, and relay results to relevant stakeholders.
- Evaluate People and Compensation & Benefits processes for automation and optimization prospects.
- Develop and maintain an automation strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional automation projects involving People, IT, Finance, and other teams.
- Assess solution outcomes, obtain feedback, and iteratively improve processes and workflows.
Candidate Profile
- At least 5 years of People Analytics experience within organizations exceeding 500 employees.
- Proven track record translating business requests into analytics or automation systems.
- Expertise in analyzing and refining business workflows and deploying automated solutions.
- Well-versed in designing automated workflows, system integration, and implementing processes.
- Strong understanding of HR functions such as hiring, retention, compensation, benefits, and their performance evaluation.
- Advanced knowledge of People metrics and workforce data analysis techniques.
- Insight into data principles, management, and quality assurance practices.
- Proficient with Excel and Google Sheets; familiarity with visualization tools like Power BI or Looker Studio is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination capabilities.
- Detail-oriented analytical thinker with a proactive approach and skill to manage multiple competing tasks.
