About the role
In this position, you will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing and for supporting employees and managers with all matters related to compensation accounting. You will also handle personnel master data maintenance, prepare analyses and reports, and support tax and social security audits.
Key responsibilities
- Run the monthly payroll cycle accurately and on time for all employees.
- Act as a trusted contact for employees and managers on payroll-related questions.
- Maintain and update employee master data as part of your day-to-day work.
- Create evaluations, summaries, and regular reports for internal use.
- Support and coordinate payroll tax and social insurance audits.
Profile and qualifications
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or hold an equivalent qualification.
- You bring solid professional experience in payroll accounting.
- You are confident using MS Excel and ideally have experience with SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors.
- You have strong knowledge of labor law, payroll tax law, and social insurance law.
- You enjoy improving processes and driving digitalization, and you work in a service-oriented, dependable way.
