Key Responsibilities

• Managing payroll processing for a defined group of employees
• Serving as a point of contact for employees and management regarding payroll-related questions
• Corresponding with authorities, health insurance companies, and social security institutions
• Preparing certificates, reports, and personnel-related analyses
• Overseeing the time tracking system

Candidate Profile

• Successful completion of a commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in payroll processing
• Solid knowledge of German income tax, social security, and labor laws
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Experience with DATEV software is an advantage
