Role Overview
This is an exciting chance for a seasoned Payroll Officer to contribute to a dynamic team that provides outsourced payroll services to a varied portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete payroll processing cycle for multiple clients, including complex payroll computations.
- Serve as the primary escalation contact for resolving payroll-related inquiries and challenges.
- Maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations such as Fair Work, Awards, superannuation, and tax requirements.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and offer guidance and support to junior staff members.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses over five years of payroll experience, with expertise in handling complex calculations.
- Has in-depth knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, enterprise agreements, and Awards.
- Demonstrated ability to manage payroll operations for multiple clients, with public practice experience considered a plus.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks.
