Patient Coordinator

Role Overview

We are seeking a Patient Coordinator to join Baby Joy Fertility and IVF Centre located in Ludhiana, Punjab. This role primarily supports clinical operations by coordinating between patients and medical staff, ensuring smooth scheduling and communication throughout patient care procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist doctors during outpatient department (OPD) sessions.
• Schedule patients for medical procedures, managing timings and dates effectively.
• Act as a liaison between patients, doctors, the embryology team, and other clinical staff to facilitate communication.
• Provide patients with updated reports and information as required.
• Organize and conduct patient outreach camps.
• Maintain patient records both manually and digitally to ensure accurate documentation.

Candidate Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of prior experience in a patient coordinator or clinical coordinator role.
• Knowledge of medical procedures and workflow in fertility or clinical settings is beneficial.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Compensation and Location

This position offers a monthly salary ranging from 20,000 to 25,000 INR. The workplace is located at Sherpur Chowk, Ludhiana.
