Pastry Chef

Job Overview

We are seeking skilled pastry chefs to work in Clifden, County Galway, Ireland. Positions are available for both seasonal and full-year roles with an attractive pay structure and a comprehensive benefits package. Assistance will be provided for travel arrangements, registration, and settling into Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare pastries and baked goods in accordance with company recipes and instructions.
• Follow work orders accurately to meet menu requirements.
• Maintain regular inventory checks to ensure adequate stock levels.

Candidate Requirements

• At least two years of relevant pastry experience.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Possession of an EU, Swiss passport, or valid local work permit is mandatory.
• English language proficiency at level A2 to B1 is required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage ranging between 17 to 18 euros gross, with potential increases based on skills, experience, and English proficiency.
• Standard Irish tax deductions apply.
• Work schedule of 39 hours per week, with possible additional hours depending on performance and business needs.
• Five working days per week.
• Holiday pay provided.
• Accommodation available at 130 euros per week, inclusive of bills, with support offered for settling in.
• Meals provided during work hours.
• Candidates are responsible for their travel tickets to Ireland.
