About The Team

The Partner Support group collaborates closely with real estate professionals and internal partners to offer expert guidance on Zillow's platform, aiming to enhance client satisfaction. Team members address technical challenges, billing questions, and provide education on products through multiple communication channels including inbound/outbound calls, chat, and emails. Support is available Monday through Friday from 5 am to 5 pm PST, and on weekends from 6:30 am to 5 pm PST.
