Job Overview
We are seeking a Part Time Human Resource Officer to support recruitment activities across various staff levels. This role involves assisting with job posting, resume screening, interview facilitation, and reference validation.
Key Responsibilities
- Advertise job openings to attract suitable candidates.
- Screen resumes to shortlist applicants based on basic qualification criteria.
- Conduct initial interviews to filter candidates before final selection with the hiring Director.
- Perform reference checks by confirming prior employment and contacting provided professional and personal references.
- Arrange interviews for the hiring Director, coordinating both online and in-person meetings.
Candidate Requirements
- Preferably an entry-level candidate with a background in Human Resources or a similar field.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Training will be offered to applicants who have minimal prior experience.

The initial interview round will be conducted via Zoom.
