Role Overview

We are seeking a Paralegal to join one of our busy litigation teams. This role involves working alongside seasoned litigators on intricate High Court cases. The position offers hands-on experience across a spectrum of commercial litigation matters providing support while fostering skill development and greater responsibility as experience deepens.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Demonstrate a keen interest in forging a career in commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
• Understand the civil litigation procedure with enthusiasm for gaining expertise in High Court disputes.
• Perform strong legal research, drafting, and analytical tasks with precision.
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail and manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Previous experience within legal or professional service settings is beneficial; prior paralegal or litigation exposure is a plus.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office suite and motivated to learn legal research and case management platforms.
• Knowledge of Practical Law, Westlaw, or comparable platforms and familiarity with the White Book is advantageous.
• Exhibit effective teamwork skills, working proactively and collaboratively in a team environment.
