Job Overview

We are seeking a full-time packer to join our production department at our La Puente, CA location. This role involves selectively retrieving and handling order items from storage based on barcodes, serial numbers, or SKU identifiers. Items handled typically weigh between 15 and 50 lbs and need to be transferred from tables to carts for distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Retrieve order items accurately from storage locations using barcode or SKU references.
• Update inventory records promptly after picking.
• Manage stock replenishment and storage organization.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
• Maintain a positive, can-do attitude in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Prior experience in manufacturing or related areas preferred.
• Ability to comprehend and execute a variety of verbal and written instructions.
• Basic English reading skills essential to interpret picking sheets.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to multitask efficiently.
• Understanding and adherence to safety protocols are mandatory.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to frequently walk or stand for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting and moving up to 50 lbs regularly.

Compensation and Benefits

The starting pay is approximately $19 per hour, with actual salary dependent on qualifications and experience.
