Role Overview
The Organizational Design Analyst will evaluate current organizational structures, processes, and workflows to uncover opportunities for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves extensive research, data collection, and analysis to understand existing operational challenges and inform strategic organizational changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive research and analysis on organizational frameworks, processes, and workflows to reveal areas suitable for optimization and improvement.
- Collect and evaluate data concerning organizational performance indicators such as productivity, operational efficiency, and employee engagement to guide design decisions.
- Develop and suggest modifications to organizational structures, roles, and responsibilities aimed at advancing agility and operational success.
- Work collaboratively with cross-departmental teams and stakeholders to secure input, verify analyses, and craft actionable implementation plans for organizational design revisions.
- Prepare detailed reports, compelling presentations, and strategic recommendations to effectively convey findings to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
- Assist in rolling out organizational design initiatives by offering expert advice, training, and ongoing support to relevant teams.
- Track and assess the impact of design changes, actively gathering feedback and making necessary adjustments to optimize outcomes.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices in organizational design to maintain alignment with contemporary and forthcoming organizational needs.
- Offer organizational design expertise, including methodologies and principles, to back informed decision-making and problem-solving efforts.
- Collaborate closely with Human Resources and other departments to ensure organizational design strategies are well integrated with overall talent management efforts.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 10 years professional experience, including at least 5 years in relevant organizational design roles.
- Experience working within GCC region is advantageous, preferably 5 years.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in IT with significant Human Resources exposure.
