About The Cloudors
The Cloudors specializes in delivering comprehensive Oracle Cloud solutions, focusing on implementation, migration, and managed services. We cater to clients primarily across Egypt and Saudi Arabia, offering expertise in ERP, HCM, CX, and EPM/BI applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Recruiting.
- Customize workforce management systems and analytics according to client needs.
- Guide clients through all phases from design and development to testing and deployment.
- Provide training sessions and ongoing support after system go-live to ensure client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of two years’ experience implementing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
- Possession of Oracle Cloud HCM certification is preferred.
- Fluent proficiency in both Arabic and English is advantageous.
- Prior experience with HCM in the real estate or construction sectors is a plus.
