Position Overview

Join Walmart at the Waycross, GA Supercenter as an Optician Level 3. The role centers on assisting customers in the eye care department by verifying prescriptions, guiding product selections, and processing lens and glasses orders. Compensation and Shifts

The hourly wage ranges between $29 and $37, guaranteed to meet or exceed local minimum wage laws. In addition to base pay, employees may receive annual or quarterly performance bonuses and variable premiums from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on shift, location, season, or specific tasks completed, with potential for multiple premiums simultaneously. Available shifts include mid-shift and closing hours.
