Operations Officer

About the Role

Join Ambassador International Academy in Mankhool as a key member of the founding team, undertaking the role of Operations Officer. This position involves ensuring effective daily operations by supporting various facets such as facilities management, maintenance, procurement, health and safety adherence, compliance, staff housing arrangements, and school event coordination. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in establishing and sustaining an outstanding educational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and overseeing facilities and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate procurement processes to meet operational needs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage staff accommodation logistics and support school events.
• Facilitate smooth day-to-day school operations in collaboration with stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of three years' experience in operations, facilities management, or school administration.
• Strong organizational capabilities and effective problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• A proactive approach with a commitment to service excellence.
