Operations Manager

Overview

We are seeking an independent and creative professional to lead our Regional Distribution Center (RDC) operations, driving continuous improvements and achieving exceptional performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily functions of all RDC areas ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Plan, organize, and monitor all warehouse activities to meet quality standards and lead times while implementing process enhancements.
• Manage material flow and engineer processes to maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and lead times.
• Develop and oversee cost planning and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Supervise transportation and business support partners, manage KPIs, and handle bonus or malice accounts where relevant.
• Lead the Lancaster RDC management team, including direct reports and shop floor staff, with responsibility for disciplinary actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics or distribution operations.
• At least 5 years of direct management or supervisory experience.
• Experience with Lean Management principles and process documentation.
• Preferred experience working with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM).

Additional Information

• Relocation assistance is available for this position.
• This role requires full-time onsite presence at the Lancaster RDC.
• The salary range for this position is $54,300 to $108,600 annually, depending on qualifications, experience, and location.
