About the Role
TalentPop App is hiring a remote Brand Concierge focused on e-commerce sales and order support. In this position, you will help shoppers move smoothly through the buying process, recover missed purchase opportunities, and deliver a polished, personal service experience that encourages trust, loyalty, and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer conversations across chat, email, phone, and SMS to support orders, answer product questions, and assist after purchase, while keeping conversion and satisfaction in focus.
- Look for chances to increase order value through upsells, cross-sells, and bundled product offers.
- Support recovery efforts for abandoned carts, subscription issues, lost customers, and other retention-related sales touchpoints.
- Manage order tracking, returns, exchanges, and cancellations in a way that helps preserve the sale whenever possible.
- Deliver every interaction in a brand-appropriate, concierge-style manner.
- Keep customer information accurate and contribute observations and patterns that can improve sales performance and the customer journey.
- Work with internal teams to apply feedback and refine processes tied to conversions.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in remote or online sales and customer support.
- Prior e-commerce experience is required, particularly in upselling, cross-selling, abandoned cart recovery, subscription support, winback efforts, post-purchase assistance, or product bundling.
- Strong persuasive communication and relationship-building ability, with the confidence to close opportunities effectively.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience over phone, email, or chat.
- Experience with Shopify, CRM systems, or customer engagement platforms is an added advantage.
- Self-driven, target-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-moving remote environment.
- Must have a personal PC or laptop with an i5 processor or better.
- Requires a reliable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps upload and download speeds.
- A quiet, professional home workspace suitable for taking calls is necessary.
