Role Overview

The Online Game Presenter works full time on site in Batumi, hosting live casino games in front of the camera. Responsibilities include clearly explaining game rules, guiding players throughout each game round with professionalism and engagement, and maintaining game flow. The presenter operates game equipment and interfaces accurately, announces game results, and ensures adherence to gaming policies and compliance requirements. They communicate courteously with players through chat, provide basic assistance, and escalate any issues appropriately. Collaboration with studio supervisors, technical teams, and fellow presenters is key to ensuring smooth and consistent broadcasts.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills and clear speech, capable of confident camera presentation.
• Customer-oriented approach demonstrating professionalism, patience, and a friendly yet neutral attitude when interacting with players.
• Comfortable with technology, able to master studio systems, game interfaces, and basic troubleshooting procedures.
• Highly attentive to detail and dependable in following operational procedures, handling game tools, and respecting regulatory and organizational standards.
• Willingness and ability to work rotating shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays within an on-site Batumi studio setting.
• Fluency in English or other operational languages; additional language skills are advantageous.
• Experience in hospitality, entertainment, customer service, or gaming is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Comfortable performing under studio lighting and in front of cameras, maintaining a professional on-air appearance.
