About the Role
CaseWay LLC is a free directory dedicated to helping solo and independent lawyers gain online visibility by connecting clients with attorneys based on location and practice area. We are seeking an Onboarding Specialist to serve as the initial point of contact for new attorneys joining our platform. This role focuses on ensuring that every new attorney has a smooth and positive experience from the beginning.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with attorneys who have registered but not yet completed their profiles to encourage completion.
- Proactively reach out via email and LinkedIn to attorneys with unclaimed listings, guiding them through the process of claiming their profile on the platform.
- Respond promptly to incoming queries from attorneys regarding their listings, subscription options, and platform usage.
- Maintain detailed onboarding records, identify recurring themes such as typical questions or dropout points, and communicate these insights to enhance the onboarding procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the internal team to facilitate the approval process for new listings.
Candidate Profile
- Comfortable with professional communication through email and LinkedIn, able to write clearly without relying on scripts.
- Self-motivated and well-organized, capable of managing multiple follow-ups independently.
- Friendly and professional demeanor suited to interacting with lawyers, although no legal expertise is necessary.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools or spreadsheet management is preferred.
- Availability to work consistently for 10 to 20 hours weekly during standard business hours.
Preferred Experience
- Previous roles involving direct client interaction such as customer success, sales coordination, or legal administration are advantageous.
- Experience working within small or emerging startups is a plus.
Compensation & Terms
This position is a part-time contract role paid hourly with compensation reflecting experience. There is potential for growth as the company expands its team.
