Overview
Join Walmart Canada as an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate, a role focused on developing retail industry skills by managing online order fulfillment with precision and adherence to quality and safety standards. This position plays a vital part in ensuring customer satisfaction through accurate picking, packing, and dispensing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Carefully select and assemble customer orders across various temperature zones, prioritizing timely and accurate delivery.
- Pack orders meticulously, distinguishing between similar items, verifying quantities, and confirming correct product codes.
- Maintain high-quality standards by choosing undamaged and freshest products.
- Accurately interpret and process all order documentation such as pick slips, packaging instructions, and shipping labels.
- Optimize packing space within totes while preserving product quality.
- Balance order fulfillment duties with positive customer interactions and resolve service concerns.
- Strictly follow safety protocols and food hygiene practices, including maintaining a clean workspace and promptly cleaning spills or debris.
- Operate material handling equipment responsibly, ensuring pre-use safety inspections are completed.
- Demonstrate support for Walmart’s mission and values through conduct.
- Engage in continuous improvement efforts by proposing operational, productivity, safety, and quality enhancements.
- Show flexibility in adjusting work assignments to meet customer demands and daily delivery schedules.
Compensation
The starting hourly wage for this role is $17.75.
Minimum Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
