About the Role
MBM is seeking a seasoned Omni-Channel Business Manager to spearhead the planning and execution of integrated media campaigns for multiple clients. This role demands a hands-on approach blending strategic media planning, client relationship leadership, project oversight, and team mentorship. Working closely with senior stakeholders, the position focuses on developing innovative communication strategies that span offline and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead comprehensive media plans that integrate offline and digital channels effectively.
- Manage the entire planning process from interpreting client briefs through campaign launch.
- Collaborate with the Business Director and specialists to shape impactful media solutions.
- Leverage audience and market insights along with media research tools to guide strategic decisions.
- Assist in campaign measurement planning, monitoring performance, reporting, and optimization.
- Serve as the main daily liaison for clients, ensuring outstanding account service.
- Develop and nurture robust client relationships through proactive communication and consistent delivery.
- Present media plans and campaign results with clarity and confidence to clients.
- Support the Group Business Director in enhancing client partnerships.
- Coordinate campaign execution across internal teams and media partners to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Oversee all briefing, trafficking, purchasing, and delivery activities across channels.
- Manage campaign timelines to guarantee smooth project implementation.
- Handle client budgets, purchase orders, invoicing, and budget reconciliation.
- Maintain ownership of schedules, approvals, and financial tracking to ensure account profitability.
- Mentor and develop junior team members enhancing their planning capabilities.
- Encourage a culture of collaboration, high performance, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Build and sustain productive relationships with media owners and partners to explore new opportunities and innovations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Over 5 years of media planning, strategic media development, and client service experience, preferably within an agency setting.
- In-depth understanding of integrated media campaigns across both offline and digital platforms.
- Proven ability to craft and deliver compelling media recommendations and communication plans.
- Familiar with media research and planning software, including eTAM, Ad Intel, CMI, TVMap, Calibre, Hivestack, pDOOH Vista, and social media channels.
- Experienced in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders ensuring timely campaign delivery.
- Strong financial management skills including budget oversight, invoicing, and purchase order administration.
- Outstanding client and stakeholder relationship management capabilities.
- Demonstrated competence mentoring and coaching junior colleagues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication aptitude, capable of translating complex strategies into accessible recommendations.
- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills and attention to accuracy and detail.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, thriving in fast-paced environments.
