Job Overview
The Quality and Hygiene Officer will oversee the application of hygiene standards and food safety practices throughout store operations. This role ensures adherence to established food safety guidelines while supporting an exceptional shopping environment.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain hygiene and food safety protocols across all operational areas in the store.
- Promote practices that contribute to delivering a superior shopping experience for customers.
Requirements
- Possess a bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Public Health, or a related discipline.
- Hold certification in food safety or an equivalent qualification.
- Have 2 to 4 years of professional experience in quality assurance, hygiene, or food safety roles within HORECA, governmental agencies, food production, or horticulture sectors.
- Demonstrate excellent time management capabilities.
- Exhibit strong communication skills.
