Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable Office Boy to assist with the packing, dispatch, and warehouse activities at our company producing lightweight kitchenware and household items. This role entails careful handling and preparation of products for shipment, along with maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dispatch area.
Key Responsibilities
- Carefully pack finished goods in accordance with company guidelines.
- Prepare parcels, ensuring accurate quantity and proper labeling before dispatch.
- Load sealed cartons into delivery vehicles and tempos.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of packing and dispatch zones.
- Support the warehouse team in routine dispatch operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Healthy, energetic individual with physical fitness to stand and work throughout shifts.
- Basic reading skills in English to interpret product labels and packing instructions.
- Ability to accurately follow directions and work diligently.
- Character traits including honesty, discipline, punctuality, and a cooperative attitude.
- Preference for male candidates with prior experience in packing, warehouse, or dispatch roles; however, energetic freshers eager to learn are also encouraged to apply.
- Individual parcel weights will not exceed 7 kilograms.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from 12000 to 18000 INR, adjusted for experience level.
- Overtime payments applicable as per company policy.
