Role overview
Trinnovo Group is hiring an Office & Operations Assistant for its London and Bishop's Stortford offices. The business is an international, B Corp-certified recruitment firm focused on Technology, AI, and Financial Services. The role is intended for someone taking their first step into an office-based position and offers a busy, varied working day with plenty of opportunity to learn.
What the role involves
You will help keep both offices running efficiently by making sure the workspace is stocked and well organised, handling travel and logistics, preparing meeting rooms, supporting internal events, and acting as a helpful and approachable presence in the office.

The team is not asking for a long work history. They want someone who pays close attention to detail, takes initiative, works with energy, stays reliable and organised, enjoys being busy, and is eager to develop in a fast-moving environment.
Working pattern
This is a hybrid position with 3 days in Old Street, 1 day in Bishop's Stortford, and 1 day working from home.
Compensation
The salary for this position is £30,000 to £35,000 per year, plus a 10% bonus.
