About the Role

We seek a seasoned Nursing School Admissions Coach to guide students through the nursing program application process, helping them navigate school selection, application strategies, and career alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist students in selecting nursing schools and formulating application strategies.
- Provide thorough editing support for essays and secondary applications.
- Coordinate letters of recommendation to strengthen student applications.
- Help students identify nursing specializations that align with their clinical interests and career objectives.
- Support resume enhancement and intensive interview preparation.
- Advise on clinical rotations, licensing processes, and NCLEX exam readiness.
- Guide students through financial aid and scholarship options for educational funding.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will bring firsthand experience with nursing school admissions and prior advising or coaching expertise. A well-structured, clear approach to helping students curate their strongest applications is essential. Coaches enjoy flexibility by setting their own schedules and fees, conduct virtual sessions, and collaborate with the Leland team to deliver outstanding student support.
