Our Heidelberg location specializes in avionics systems, onboard electronics for land vehicles, and space products.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the transition of products from engineering into manufacturing.
• Evaluate the feasibility of customer requirements.
• Prepare documentation for bid submissions and develop proposals.
• Develop and coordinate schedules and timelines.
• Track project status relating to deliverables and deadlines, monitor project progress, and maintain documentation.
• Create lean charts and plan, conduct, and lead lean events aimed at process optimization.
• Coordinate product and process improvements responsibly.
• Ensure compliance with quality, cost, and schedule targets.

Qualifications

• Completed technical degree or equivalent qualification.
• 3 to 5 years of experience managing and supporting projects.
• Preferably knowledgeable in electronic test systems.
• Experience leading teams is desirable.
• Must hold EU citizenship.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, solution-focused, and adaptable work style.
• Fluent in both German and English.
