Program overview
Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA) is offering national training opportunities at its Al Taweelah and Jebel Ali sites. These programs are intended to help UAE Nationals, especially school leavers, start a career within the company across operational and technical functions.
Role details
Position: National Trainee - Operations
Employment type: Permanent, full-time
Training fields: Smelter, Power, Desalination, Maintenance, and Technical
Training structure
Selected trainees will take part in a structured development program lasting from 6 months to 3 years. The learning journey includes classroom-based theory, hands-on workshop practice, and supervised on-the-job training within EGA operational areas.
Program requirements
- Must be a UAE National
- Should hold a high school certificate, preferably with science or technical subjects, or have relevant work experience
- Should be able to communicate well in English
- National Service should be completed where applicable
- Applicants must be between 19 and 32 years old
