The organization is looking for an EUC Remote Admin to support end-user computing operations and remote device management. The position is based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and is intended for professionals with 6 to 10 years of relevant experience.

Core Technical Expectations
- Work with EUC remote management platforms and operational processes.
- Handle software packaging and scripting tasks.
- Manage SCCM and Intune, including administration and upgrades.
- Understand task sequences and carry out drive/package updates.
- Perform BIOS and firmware updates for physical endpoints.
- Use JAMF Pro for macOS device administration.
- Support patching activities and feature upgrades.
- Update device drivers as part of system maintenance.
- Manage print servers and related support issues.
- Provide remote troubleshooting for end-user systems.
Additional Skills
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy Objects.
- Ability to support SharePoint and Microsoft 365 environments.
