Role Overview

The Multi Technician will work full-time on-site in Dubai, ensuring the efficient operation and upkeep of Stella Stays properties. This role involves performing routine and preventive maintenance across several areas such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs in apartments and common spaces. Key responsibilities include attending to maintenance requests, diagnosing and repairing issues to company standards, and maintaining safe, functional living spaces ready for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve maintenance requests promptly and effectively.
• Perform inspections and preventive maintenance across multiple technical disciplines.
• Ensure all repairs meet the company’s quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with operations and guest services to address urgent property matters.
• Support property openings, refurbishments, and continuous process improvements.
• Document maintenance activities following internal protocols.
• Comply with safety regulations and building codes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in residential or hospitality facilities maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for rapid and safe issue resolution.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
• Good communication skills to coordinate internally and interact with guests and service providers.
• Organized in handling multiple tasks, prioritizing work orders, and maintaining records.
• Comfortable adapting to a fast-moving startup environment with shifting priorities.
• Prior experience in Dubai’s or similar real estate or hospitality markets is beneficial.
• Basic digital skills to use mobile applications or property management systems for task logging and reporting.
• Preferable technical or vocational certifications in maintenance-related fields.
• Ability to carry out physical duties associated with maintenance tasks.
