Overview
We are seeking professional MSK Physiotherapists committed to delivering top-quality care to self-pay and privately insured patients by following established evidence-based clinical pathways from initial triage through to discharge.
Exceptional communication skills are essential to foster enduring, productive relationships with clients and collaborate actively within a multidisciplinary team.
Note: Sponsorship is not provided; candidates must already hold valid UK work authorization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assume professional accountability as a Chartered Physiotherapist, demonstrating sound clinical reasoning, high-level decision-making, and autonomy in triaging, assessing, diagnosing, and treating assigned caseloads.
- Adhere strictly to Bodyset's policies, guidelines, procedures, and regulations to ensure uniform product delivery and outstanding customer experiences.
- Communicate with clients, parents, and carers clearly and respectfully, upholding privacy, dignity, and confidentiality standards.
- Maintain effective communication with referring parties to guarantee continuous, uninterrupted care for clients.
- Advise clients on optimal nutrition, exercise regimens, assistive devices, sleep hygiene, stress management, and other wellness-promoting strategies.
- Proactively attract both returning and new clients, including organizing and leading corporate workshops in collaboration with the partnerships manager for current and prospective patients.
- Continuously seek to enhance clinic standards and promptly report any identified risks to the Regional Lead.
- Maintain comprehensive, timely client documentation, records, and statistics conforming to service level agreements.
- Pursue ongoing professional development as a Chartered Physiotherapist, including attending relevant external conferences and events.
- Uphold the standards outlined in the CSP's Code of Members' Professional Values and Behaviour, alongside the HCPC’s conduct, performance, and ethics standards.
- Support multidisciplinary team initiatives aimed at improving service delivery.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
- BSc (Hons) degree in Physiotherapy.
- Full registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).
- Capability to work independently while adhering to Bodyset's clinical pathways.
- Documented evidence of continuous professional development (CPD).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient written English skills.
- Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint usage.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in generating new business and managing a personal client caseload.
- Previous work history in the private healthcare sector.
- At least one year of relevant post-graduate clinical experience.
