About the Role
Outright Creators is seeking a dynamic Motion Graphic Designer and Video Editor to join our Hyderabad-based creative team. This is a full-time, in-office position focusing on crafting compelling visual stories and viral social media content using motion graphics and video editing.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and animate refined 2D motion graphics and visual effects with Adobe After Effects.
- Edit polished video materials suitable for social media platforms and brand marketing campaigns using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Develop and publish content specifically optimized for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, keeping pace with platform trends and algorithm changes.
- Transform initial ideas into captivating, "scroll-stopping" visuals that engage audiences.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure that visual content supports and enhances business objectives.
Candidate Requirements
- At least one year of professional experience in a related motion graphics or video editing role.
- Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro; familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is an advantage.
- A portfolio that demonstrates expertise in editing rhythm, sound design, and narrative through visuals.
- Strong understanding of social media format requirements such as aspect ratios and safe zones for various platforms.
- Willingness to work on-site daily in Hyderabad, with relocation if necessary.
