Role Overview

The MOT Tester will play an essential role in ensuring customer vehicles meet safety and operational standards. This position involves collaboration with a motivated and skilled team and exposure to a diverse range of car makes and models, including the latest automotive technology.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct MOT inspections adhering to DVSA regulations
• Detect and document vehicle defects and failures accurately
• Stay informed on current MOT testing procedures and best practices
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate inspection records
• Deliver exceptional customer service and provide technical advice as needed

Required Qualifications and Attributes

• Certificate in Light Vehicle Maintenance, minimum Level 2 (Level 3 preferred)
• Proven experience and skills in MOT testing
• Possession of DVSA Tester Certification
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Full valid UK driving license
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work
