About the Role
Mini Wok Magic is seeking experienced culinary professionals skilled in preparing momos, chowmein, and fried rice to join their kitchen staff. Candidates will contribute to maintaining the magic of flavors through expert preparation of these popular dishes.
Key Responsibilities
- Skilled preparation of momos including making, filling, and folding.
- Cooking chowmein, fried rice, and other basic Indo-Chinese dishes.
Candidate Preferences
- Previous experience in restaurant or quick service restaurant (QSR) settings is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently with speed and cleanliness.
- Maintain hygiene standards in the kitchen environment.
- Responsible and punctual work ethic.
Compensation and Location
Salary will be offered based on experience and skills and will be discussed during the interview. The position is full-time and based in Kolkata, West Bengal.
