Role Summary

This opportunity is for a seasoned Molecular Biology Specialist to support a project aimed at enhancing AI comprehension and reasoning within life sciences. The role is contractual, remote, and compensated on an hourly basis with rates ranging from $50 to $80 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze molecular biology datasets, experimental protocols, and relevant scientific literature.
• Assess AI-generated scientific content to ensure accuracy and clarity.
• Develop detailed explanations, annotations, and reference guides related to molecular biology.
• Create realistic problem scenarios, questions, and datasets to aid AI training.
• Detect factual inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and unsupported conclusions within data or content.
• Provide systematic feedback to enhance the quality of AI-generated responses.
• Apply up-to-date molecular biology techniques and adhere to research standards.
• Offer insights into emerging molecular biology methods and novel applications.

Qualifications and Experience

• Advanced degree such as PhD or MS in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, or a closely related life sciences discipline.
• Practical experience conducting molecular biology research, experimental design, or interpreting related data.
• Comprehensive understanding of key molecular biology techniques including PCR, sequencing, CRISPR, and protein analysis.
• Experience in writing, reviewing, or critically evaluating scientific documents and content.
• Strong capability to provide clear, precise, and evidence-supported written assessments and feedback.
