About the Role

Orion Educational Society (OES), in collaboration with Tata Power Skill Development Centre, is seeking an energetic and committed Mobilizer based in Sambalpur, Odisha. This role involves connecting potential candidates with valuable skill development training programs through active field engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform field mobilization across villages, educational institutions, and community centers.
• Provide counseling and motivation to encourage candidate enrollment in various skill training courses.
• Plan and execute awareness drives, door-to-door outreach, and mobilization events.
• Collaborate closely with local stakeholders, schools, colleges, and community leaders to maximize engagement.
• Keep detailed daily records of mobilization activities and candidate data.
• Meet or exceed the set targets for admissions and mobilization efforts.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduation in any discipline is preferred.
• Experience in mobilization, sales, marketing, or counseling is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Effective communication and strong interpersonal abilities are essential.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the designated area.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office and smartphone applications.

Compensation

Remuneration will be determined based on candidate experience and interview outcomes, with a maximum salary up to ₹15,000.
