MIS Specialist

Role Overview and Duties

In this role, you will ensure detailed documentation of all systems, processes, and infrastructure data associated with our EV mobility services. You will closely monitor service level agreements (SLAs) related to mobility infrastructure, vendor relations, and operational functions. Further, you are expected to foresee potential risks and put in place preventive strategies to enhance operational robustness.

Data Analysis and Reporting Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the collection and evaluation of operational and market-related data. Performance indicators such as driver acceptance rates, customer patterns, fare trends, and SLA fulfillment must be regularly assessed. Your insights will inform routine reports for both local and international management teams, recommending refinements across our systems, processes, and offerings.

Candidate Profile

• Possession of a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent.
• Three to six years of experience with proficiency in advanced Excel functions, VBA programming, macros, and SQL querying.
• Ability to think strategically combined with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Comfortable working in a rapidly evolving and dynamic work environment.
• Strong dedication towards sustainability initiatives and innovative solutions.
• Experience in budgeting and financial planning within technology-driven operations.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and conducting thorough root cause analyses.
