Role Overview

The Merchandise Analyst plays a vital role in disrupting the B2B eCommerce space. As a key member of our digital team focused on creating seamless customer experiences, you will help establish and enhance our digitally enabled business model for our family of brands.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Facilitate product data setup and maintain on-site merchandising operations.
  • Assist with quality assurance for website enhancements.
  • Conduct analysis to propose updates and improvements that elevate merchandising standards.
  • Develop and maintain new, promotional, and seasonal product categories and taxonomies.
  • Manage site sorting algorithms, optimize search terms, and oversee other platform features to boost conversion rates and deliver an outstanding user experience.
  • Analyze customer feedback and market trends to glean insights into purchasing behaviors.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to refine customer experience and enhance site performance.
  • Leverage site analytics and trend data to guide ongoing site optimization efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • Four to five years of experience in eCommerce merchandising.
  • A deep enthusiasm for enhancing the customer journey and digital experience.
  • Familiarity with leading online commerce platforms, with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and PIM tool knowledge seen as advantageous.
  • Experience in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Strong grasp of site taxonomies, merchandising seasonality, and editorial product presentation.
  • Proven ability to build solid consultative partnerships across departments.
