Role Summary
We are seeking a Medical Representative for our Jamshedpur territory to join Halejo Wellness Private Limited (CuRxO Med). This position adopts an innovative "Distribution First, Sales Next" approach focusing on market development before direct selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and partner with a Strategic Distribution Partner (SDP) within the assigned territory.
- Enhance and expand the existing distributor network to strengthen market presence.
- Once distribution channels are stable, promote prescription generation and increase sales through engagement with doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with customers and broaden market coverage.
- Consistently meet monthly sales and collection objectives.
- Provide daily activity reports along with insights and feedback from the market.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate degree is essential; preference given to candidates with Science or Pharmacy backgrounds.
- Between 1 to 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation capabilities.
- Familiarity with the Jamshedpur market is advantageous.
- Possession of a two-wheeler vehicle and a valid driving license is mandatory.
