Job Overview
We are seeking a Mechanical Quality Engineer to conduct inspections of specialized products at warehouse and supplier sites, ensure adherence to strict quality standards, and collaborate with suppliers to improve manufacturing processes and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform dimensional and visual quality inspections on products following the established quality protocols.
- Visit supplier locations to carry out joint inspections for quality assurance.
- Document inspection findings using company-approved report formats.
- Execute Cp and Cpk data analysis studies to monitor process capability.
- Address and resolve customer complaints through detailed 8D report submissions.
- Implement improvements at supplier sites based on inspection and complaint findings.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical discipline.
- Between 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in quality engineering.
