Maurer (Bricklayer)

Role Overview

As a Bricklayer at Haberlander Bau GmbH, you will be engaged full-time on construction sites in and around Palling. Your core duties include building walls and masonry structures, working with mortar and concrete, and placing stones and bricks according to project plans. You will be responsible for new construction and remodeling tasks, aiding in renovation and restoration projects, while maintaining high standards of quality, precision, and safety. Collaboration with colleagues from other trades is essential to ensure timely completion of building projects.

Qualifications

• Practical expertise in masonry craft, including working with various masonry, bricks, and stone shaping.
• Proficiency in handling materials like cement, mortar, and concrete, with knowledge of proper application and curing methods.
• Experience in renovation, repair, and restoration work on existing buildings.
• Completed vocational training as a bricklayer or an equivalent qualification, complemented by several years of experience in structural construction is preferred.
• Key personal qualities include an independent and meticulous work ethic, teamwork skills, physical stamina, ability to interpret technical drawings, and reliable operation of tools and machinery.
