Internship Overview
We are looking for motivated rising seniors from accredited universities who are excited to embark on a Marketing Operations career through an in-person fall internship in our New York City office. This opportunity offers hands-on experience and collaboration with leadership to gain insights into marketing functions within a vibrant and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily tasks and operations within the Marketing Operations department.
- Take full ownership over your assigned weekly and daily duties.
- Participate in team trainings and talks hosted by Tarte leaders across various departments.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to complete independent projects.
- Build and enhance your skills in teamwork, leadership, analysis, and strategic planning.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a student at an accredited college or university, ideally rising seniors.
- Available to work onsite at our NYC office during the fall semester.
- Able to handle multiple priorities and adapt in a dynamic workplace.
- Strong ability to collaborate effectively within teams.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in writing and interpersonal interactions.
