Promote the hospital's specialty services to drive increased patient referrals and awareness.
Develop new business opportunities via alliances with corporate entities, TPAs, industries, and institutions.
Organize and participate in field visits, Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions, health camps, and community awareness initiatives.
Identify and capitalize on emerging referral prospects, ensuring consistent engagement with consultants.
Monitor market competition and stay updated with healthcare sector trends.
Consistently meet monthly business objectives and provide regular daily and weekly management information system (MIS) reports.
Collaborate with clinical and operations departments to ensure effective referral management processes.
